Total Profit Falls – Samsung Mobile Division Breaks Record in Q3

As we know that Samsung is launching its brand new products every now and then and was holding its place in the mobile market, now Samsung has released its Q3 results, the polls were really a surprising factor since Samsung reported that its present consolidated profits were lower compared to the previous quarter. The conglomerates division shared out the revenue as KRW 41.27 trillion and 3.44 trillion of profit. There were sales up to 3% YOY and 5% in sequence. Even though the sales were high their net profit is down to 23% compared to Q2 of 2010 and 2% in sequence.

If we focus on the Samsung mobiles sales alone, it is clear that its sales have raised low 20% on QoQ and high 20% YoY. In the past three months the company was in the peak of the worlds Smartphone manufacturers, The sales was 17.1 million which was greater than the Apple .This was possible because of the user friendly smart phones like galaxy SII which attracted more number of customers to Samsung, moreover the cost announced for the Samsung mobiles are always budget friendly to all the class of peoples which paved the way for generating $13.5 billion of revenue, which is about 39% increase compared to the last year and is 23% higher than the result of Q2.The operational profits reached $2.3 billion ,which is a 51% sequential increase.

The Samsung is expecting their smart phones like Galaxy Note, Galaxy Nexus and Omnia W to catch hold of the customers by their attractive features, the android operating system is doing  mind blowing changes in the efficiency and features of the smart mobiles, which have converted the Samsung mobile even better attractive and stylish than ever before.
