Nokia N8 New Firmware Update Is Now Available

The new firmware update FW 025.007 has been released just now for the Nokia N8 Dark Grey. The previous version of release in India the Symbian Anna FW 022 have many issues and bugs. This current update FW 025.007 is now available that fixes the bugs that are occurring in the previous versions. This update has been released to enhance the features of the Nokia N8 handset.

The size of the available update is nearly 932 KB and this is available in the Firmware Over the Air (FOTA). The updating process is very easy. Just dial the *#0000# from the phone and click the “Check for Updates” option. By updating the Nokia N8 with the newer firmware update version, the phone is said to deliver the high performance when compared with the previous versions.

The New firmware update provides the following changes. They are as follows

• The mailing process for the exchange of the issues are being solved in this version
• This version provides new icons and wallpapers that add the beauty of the mobile. This also provides the split screen view for the messaging, mail, browser, phonebook, calendar and also maps.
• This version of update also provides full QWERTY virtual keyboard with many quick access to many special characters. This also provides easy typing facility.
• New browser is available that enhances the browsing experience.
• It also provides the new maps along with the public transport network view.
• This also provides many other features and also usability improvements.
